In addition to his role as owner of the home care agency Right at Home, Scott Sjoberg is a partner with KC Metro Golf and has helped the company achieve double-digit sales growth every year since 2010. When he isn’t working, Scott Sjoberg enjoys following his favorite National Football League (NFL) team, the Denver Broncos.

The Broncos missed the playoffs for a second consecutive season in 2017 and finished the year with its fewest wins (five) since the 2010 season, but there’s reason for optimism with the signing of quarterback Case Keenum. The former Minnesota Vikings quarterback signed a two-year, $36-million contract with the Broncos in March that will see him earn $15 million in 2018 and $21 million in 2019. Keenum is now the highest-paid player on the team and his contract accounts for nearly 10 percent of the team’s available cap space.

A 30-year-old native of Abilene, Texas, Keenum wasn’t drafted following the end of his collegiate career with the University of Houston, but signed with the Houston Texans. His career numbers were fairly mediocre through his first four seasons in the NFL, but he had a career-best year in 2017 as he led the Minnesota Vikings to a win-loss record of 11-3 in his 14 starts, and posted career-high totals in touchdowns (22), completion percentage (67.6), and passing yards (3,547).
